If I was the CEO then I would stand behind my comments of S/H value. He knows many flip and daytrade his stock. Brian has had many talks with him about just that fact. How do I know?? Brian TOLD ME on the phone. He KNOWS that many of those here now will be LONG GONE once the Company starts moving forward with signed contracts i.e. increased Sales Revenues. He might be thinking do ALL HE CAN now i.e. dilution to get what he wants later. He knows that while the PPS is down now it will go up when these events take place thus rewarding loyal S/H!! I am not defending the dilution or on HIS side. Just posting what COULD be going on is all.
