If what you think is correct. Then why does he tell us that financials are on the way when he has no intentions of comming thru. He has told us so many different stories but has always fallen thru. Why doesnt he come out with a PR and tell us what is really going on? Instead of waving the carrot in front of us. Plus he used to answer calls and E Mails from us now he doesnt look at us. I fell that l was used and conned!!

Ernie I hear you that the numbers are not so good so lets not put them out there. But Yaacov has made a variety of promises and breaks them all with no explaination. At this point it is the no explaination that really bothers me. Yaacov could come out and say something. Yaacov chooses not to say anything and it seems like many people just keep making excuses for him. When he repeated makes promises and fails to deliver he eventually become nothing more than a liar and makes us all feel like fools for even listening.

At this point until he delivers on a promise I will give him has much respect as he has shown his shareholders, none. Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.

releasing low sales would hurt this company?are you high!the release of just about anything would help.this company needs some serious "slaps upside the head" and some major changes in the upper management,if this ceo was serious then he would have been on the bullentin board stocks a year ago.i belive a reverse split is coming before christmas and the ticker will change.

I truly believe Yaacov thinks/thought that the second quarter would give him bragging rights as he's thought each time he's projected financials coming out in the past. I believe he's close. MVHO. Again, I think it would be a really nice gesture to inform us how the buyback is going, give us a few numbers there. That would tip us off to progress and sales even without giving away the store. Again, JMVHO.

I'm still wanting to go visit the factory here in Jerusalem.
