Thats what I thought. He moves around all the time. Guy's got his own co. and consults others all his life. He moves around all the time serving on boards of small companies to help them get started. Its not really a case of he left. One busy dude & he's not getting any younger. He's the one that said, "90-95% of the oil is found by 5% of the oilmen." I believe he helped BFDE to be one of those 5%. Chairman title may have had something to do with stock privileges. How many shares of BFDE does he own!? I do know he's worth multi-$MMs.
On another note chaos, the lawsuit lasted the entire year of 2007. But the work & revenue stream froze on 5/16/07 on the Chandler Field(Grace wells), and they still reported 2007 revenue of $377k. Possible revenue for 2007 coulda been over $800,000. And they were just getting started. W/o the blowout costs(possibly recouped with other lawsuit) they woulda at least broke even for 2007. JMO.
