juanly that two bit back yard moon shine still couldn't produce enough fuel to spit at! It was an experiment to show some kind of intent... after the massive failure to build the big plant that was to use up to 40 million dollars to construct..

The original engineer that was hired by this company to build the big plant was fired because it turned out he didn't even have a engineering degree!

When BB opted out of using the bond money and used "OTHER PEOPLES" money he clearly demonstrated his true intent.

Now that the stock has reverse split you will never see your investment back unless you are willing to be ultra brave and average down. This is what the companies rely on to get you to buy more paper so they can continue to sell stock instead of products.

Beebe is free to do what ever he wants as long as he doesn't have to show any accountability for the 2 million plus that he has taken in from stock sales. In fact the first year he was flat out denying that he was selling stock when he in fact was selling it like crazy!

HOW WAS THAT MONEY SPENT?

Sorry juanly I really don't see anything going forward here all I see is a company that is vanishing right before your eyes!

I have to agree with you Juanly

I've owned this stock since the douchebag Astrom days. At first, I questioned the viability of Beebe's Perihelion. But I am also convinced that this is not a scam.

A pink sheet scam is run by a couple of douchebags with a PO Box and very little evidence of physical activity. In contrast, Perihelion is conducting business -- albeit slowly -- but it's still doing something.

I believe the people bashing this stock are 1) Daytraders that are whining that they couldn't make a fastbuck playing this stock; 2) Astrom et al., who may want his scam back or is trying to make Beebe look to be as big or bigger a douchebag as Astrom (if that's his name); 3) Someone with personal/business issues with Beebe; 4) A biodiesel (or other energy related) competitor; 5) Someone that wants to buy the biodiesel plant at a low price.

Hence, I ignored the bashers and bought more shares just prior to the reverse split. I just hope that there's no more dilution.
