I had a pretty nice stake in BIHC, and waited 2 months for news that never came, sold this one a week ago, now kicking myself for it.

The volatility is to be watched for, most definitely. Something tells me this is a proper, legitimate buyback for controlling intrest in the company, not a cash cow to raise money and dump it back on the stock holders.
