WNYN I would just bid sit for now, todays news was just o.k.

SIVC when it starts turning up lot of traders might jump in and push it back up quickly. Turn-around could start tomorrow.
Today SIVC shook out more of the traders who came for a quick price pop on potential news. Should be ready to move back up.
Funny part is as people were bid whacking today the ASK was thinning out under .02. Was actually a perfect scenario for longs, today cleaned out part of the over hang of shares without having to pay more hitting the ask.

ICTY, held well today, early seller and late day recovery closed it slightly up to .044, seven green closes in a row for ICTY.
