are you kidding me? by the time your preferred shares become tradable this company as you know it will be long gone!

they will be split they just don't know how to do it yet! you proabably will have to send them to the TA and be charged if your interested in them.

To me I would rather file them in the circular file and say good riddins to the trash can stock!

My prefered shares in my broker account do not show the split yet and I have to call my broker about them. These prefered shares do not have a symbol thus can not be traded until they say you can. My certificate for prefered shares for Perihelion has a red stamp on it that says they are not registered under the securities act and may not be transfered or sold unless an exemption is done by the issuer. Lot of fun isn't. And the stock is 37% down of what it was before the R/S. Who said it could go lower that the .0001. We are finding out!
