The only way that this can work is if the debt holders don't continue to dump shares at this very low sp. If they don't stop, the investors, will loose all confidence and sell and we will be on our way to $0.0001. With the sp already at $0.002 and a market cap at $210K, there is very little interest is this company in the first place.
