And I don’t doubt that short term solutions probably don’t exist.

I am such a kneejerk proponent of laissaz faire economics though, that I find it more plausible to believe that governmental regulations are more to blame for the current POO increases than any other single factor.

We don’t need more regulations which, imo, will lead to more imbalance. We need fewer regulations.

A sad state of affairs we have gotten ourselves into.
