not close, STBP's o/s is 34.7m....stbp had been in hibernation for 18 years under chapter 7 then recently filed to convert to chapter 11 to accomodate that $1.5B capital infusion by an institutional investor (could see multidollar pps eventually imho)...not sure if it had any forward split prior to chapter 7 filing
