If it gets down to it we'll need to let the courts determine what actions are criminal.

Nancy Morris's office of the SEC had promised me her office would follow up with deals made with R.S.
When I get a minute I will follow up with them as I have not heard anything back.
I think that continued failure to communicate his intentions in a timely manner (certainly no more than a few more weeks) would give me reason to seek out an SEC attorney for at least a consultation.
