I've talked to 3 people on a job this past week and each of them told me they aren't paying their mortgage just because they dont want to, not that they cant. They feel its not worth it to spend all that money if they won't be getting it back soon.

Wow. No wonder why the collapse. No wonder why we're not done yet. Foreclosures should keep rising again.
