#24940 RE: SteveP #24927

Again..That was for the email features
only..

That has changed three times since then..

After Onev set up all of Telmex for email in their own data center and was testing..Telmex decided that they wanted all of MV for Telnor first and they wanted that in their own data center in Mexico..Onev agreed of course..and then while testing MV..Telmex heard about the new 2.0 tech that was coming out and asked Onev if they could do that with them as well..All of this was being negotiated as a revenue split 50/50..It took additional time for Telmex to hook up Iris which is the 2.0 technology and test it with MV..That done..Telnor rolled out Iris as we saw..Immediately Onev then went back in negotiations with Telmex about getting Iris to all of Mexico..They worked up new price points based on Iris..and where Iris would launch next..Around that time Telmex started restructuring their company..That included changing coverage areas..(Telnor no longer has 750K users..The area that it covers has 6 million users..I heard it would also change it's name.)..Because of these new coverage areas and during restructuring..Onev and Telmex started talking about where and when again launches would occur and new price points..Telmex in these discussions decided they wanted to license Onev's tech as I mentioned before..and that is what we have been discussing..

The original deal..as you say..was for all of Mexico..It was also for email only as I said..to be hosted in Onev's data center..That deal has significantly changed over time as you can see...veno
