Hey guys. Sorry, I have been a bot out of touch on this board. I have followed over 20 deals that had The Kauderer Group involved. When I did my interviews, i was never ever once told that Kauderer Group was a PR firm. Actually, when i mentioned it to one of the partners, they went ballistic. As per Mr. Tan, "We are not and never will be a PR firm. We assist our clients with their Capital needs along with the proper structure and implementation of its business plan." To me, that is not a PR firm. I also called American Scientific (ASFX) since I hold a ton and was told by the Doctor himself that The kauderer Group was fully responsible for keeping the company in business and getting IDEAL to the table for a 6-9 million dollar credit line facility. Is that a PR firm?? Go to their site as you have stated, i would do my DD before launching titles like that. No where on their site do they list themselves as a PR firm. Actually, they also say they can help by "referring" Pr to the client by "hiring" a PR firm for them. Hummmm. Ok, I'm getting back to my main board since Kauderer Group got them money too. Night.
