allie ... I've heard that a way to help keep folks from shorting stocks they don't have is to put a sell order in for your shares at a price that is far above the current PPS. , say a dollar. That's suppose to keep your shares out of "those" people's hands.

Have you or anyone heard of such a thing?

alli the long term holders... all they need to do is put in a sell order for 2 - 3 dollars. That is just as good as having /holding the shares.

Both companies I have that sell order in... they can't play with my shares.
