would imagine at least 2/3rds of the individual investors who voted were sensible enough to vote against the reverse split (I wish I could say the same about voting against the board of directors), and not voting counts as a no vote.
I don't think it will be approved.
The sentiment on this board seems to be split about even on this issue, based on the survey started in May. Currently 18 responders said they would vote no to the reverse split vs 17 voting in favor and 1 abstention.
My sense is that this board currently has a lot of negative voting small share holders and that yes votes will carry by a large margin when the results are announced on tuesday.
