doesn't look good buddy. I think your right, I am not sure how the move to pinks affects this. I am in only one other pink, INTK. All the rest are either BB or NASDAQ. The problem with pinks is obvious, but still, I find one on occasion. The one pinky I have has had more press than any other investment regaurdless of their listing.
If xechem would keep their shareholders informed, the PPS wouldn't be where it is now. This is a shame and they all should pay for this mistake by being tied up in court for years to come.
I still think BK is coming, just don't see any options. Heck, I wouldn't be surprised if they haven't been real busy setting up their contacts in Nigeria for their NEXT company.
