unfortunately, those 2 moves won't do jack for the PPS/dilution.
First off what everyone seems to be missing here is the credibility of Onev's product (which is why they can't sell it).
Secondly, they are basically starting from scratch to revamp/improve the product. Which means they know about issue #1 and will go into a development cycle again.
So assuming they are going to hire more people the timeframe it will take to get them aboard, make the product useful, and bring in revenues is probably 2010.
in the meantime, the PPS and dilution will continue to take it in the shorts affecting current shareholders.
