Mikey, to give a more direct answer to your question, MomandDads are supposed to be acquired around that date (PR release) also I could not find the the Press Release this morning for 3.0 software release but I thought that was supposed to be released around end of May time frame too. With a Brian Urlacher update and/or revenue projections update/announcement at the same time could move this stock quite a bit. Of course that's my speculation on the last two points.
