Freedom Environmental Services, Inc. Announces New Management Team with Change of Control Scheduled for June 24, 2008

Freedom Environmental Services, Inc. (Pink Sheets: FESI) announced that the previously disclosed reverse merger with Freedom Environmental Services LLC of Florida is slated to close on June 24, 2008 as it is anticipated that all pre-closing conditions to the reverse merger shall be satisfied as of that date.

Additionally, current officers and directors shall resign and new officers and directors shall be appointed effective June 24, 2008.

Michael S. Borish, currently the manager and founder of Freedom Environmental Services LLC, will be named Chairman of the Board of Directors and will serve as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Borish has over twenty years experience as a real estate developer and entrepreneur.

Edmund F. Curtis will serve as a Director as well as President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Curtis has an extensive background in construction, real estate development, marketing and finance and has served in the positions of Senior Vice President of Cendant Corporation and Vice President of Hilton Hotels Corporation. Mr. Curtis has also served as a member of the executive committee of a subsidiary of Hilton Hotels Corporation.

John Holwell will serve as a Director as well as Vice President and shall drive field operations. Mr. Holwell's extensive experience in and industry knowledge of the liquid and wastewater industry is anticipated to be a valuable asset to the Company.

The Company acknowledges the necessity of providing adequate current information and intends to shortly file its Initial Company Information and Disclosure Statement and related listing documents to Pink OTC Markets Inc. ("Pink Sheets) and to provide timely disclosure of material corporate events.

Freedom Environmental Services LLC is a Florida based operating wastewater services company in the process of developing and managing high yield waste to energy and nutrients conversion programs.
