That's the point. I own as a retail investor but, for the reasons outlined, cannot own it in much larger size in a fund. I take different risks with my money than that of others.

I don't think the risk is minor at all. I think that the market is discounting the risk too much. For me, it's a matter of potential upside versus downside.
