Norton Antivirus can't touch it, if you update windows (the second link I gave you) you can be assured that if you don't have it now, you won't get it. I would download the removal tool, though just in case you do get it. If you get it, it will restart your computer everytime you connect to the internet so it is hard to download these files after the fact. Good luck.
