IMO, ST thought it would be like 99% of the Symbol changes and the shares would be coming in within a week. They have allowed me to sell other shares in a similar situation. They do always say that I do it at my own risk. I think the key to this one was the broker telling me that Castle no longer had a Transfer Agent so they couldn't get any information.
The ironic part is most RS's take longer to sort out but I went through a RS with SSPE/SUNR and the shares of that stock were in my account within a couple of days.
I too think things are getting closer due to the fact that Scottrade stated Castle had no transfer agent. IMO, that means the old TA is out and the New one should be coming very soon.
The other part that is odd is how any shares traded at all if the Transfer Agent never had any CSTC Cert's.
