Glad to hear that you'll be looking into the company's management - I think you'll be pleased.

As for positive cashflow, the company was not looking to break even for the next 2 years - you can go to reuters.com and download the analyst reports on the marketplace, direction of the company, and their current earnings estimates.

That said, if the company announces contracts and results that indicate that it will break even significantly earlier, this will be quite positive.

Finally, I have not heard whether the company is investing in the flat-panel (2nd or 3rd generation) technologies. They are, however, looking to capture some of the upstream business that produces the smaller components and raw material that their factory currently has to purchase.

I'm not incredibly worried about the research pipeline because the company is focusing on selling *current technologies* *today*. If you research companies like Evergreen and/or Nanosolar you will find that they have excellent products but that it will still be a few years before their production can meet demand. This allows for a small window of opportunity for companies like SOPW to supply solar power to people who want it *NOW* and are willing to buy *current* technology. I personally have a portfolio of solar stocks to mitigate this transition risk but a lot of the value in the flat panel companies will not be realized for years to come while it looks like SOPW can realize its value much sooner (and, to be honest, they will need to :)
