More merger news about now is anticipated but NOT CONFIRMED however I agree would be nice indeed. Could break us out of the cellar also waiting on news this court case is finally over that also would clear the air. In fact I'd prefer it if they PR'ed a settlement first clear the air kind of thing. That would be more prudent before any production / merger fireworks IMHO
