Had a long conversation with DD last night (about and hour) at Spooz. There is much on the plate going on with Spooz. There is a strategic marketing plan that is evolving. Products are forthcoming. The lawsuit apprantly is really a non-issue as they have the goods on those guys and a third-party support on the lawsuit. The deal with IB is still on and TDA is coming close at hand. Don;t shoot the messenger here. Just reiterating our telecon.
