And that is why I also picked up a million shares myself ! Well put, at 10 X revenue for a pink, this should trade well after news and it,s all said and done. Also short interst has been way up on this one, and doesn't take much to push down PPS with lack of buying presure.

Nice to see some sound analysis. Most of the bashing here comes from those who are trapped at much higher levels. I understand their frustration. However, the dynamics definitely appear to have changed in recent weeks as you've pointed out. Buying in at this level is still a calculated risk obviously. This .002 support is important.

Nice post and it's great to have your perspective here.

The following link is to a post I made awhile back and makes more sense given what you just posted and may be what has transpired.

A recap of events:

The company announced news of it's acquisition intentions for the first time on Jan 30. The stock was moving up nicely until that day, which represents it's peak pps of .042 and the start of it's long downtrend.

We know VERT never showed up on L2 during the entire time between Jan-May, yet he was the most active MM (with regard to trading volume) for the year during that time period. We also know the overwhelming majority of the selling in this stock was done at the bid between Jan-May. These two pieces of information imply VERT was a seller.

The first time VERT did show up on L2 was the last week in April. On April 29, the company announced news updating shareholders on the status of the acquisition, essentially stating it was moving from the DD stage to the closing stage.

Is it a coincidence that VERT showed up for the first time ever on L2 the same week company issued this latest PR regarding the acquisition? I don't know what it means, if anything. It could be just a coincidence.

Some thoughts/scenarios regarding the events above....

1) VERT could have been raising funds for company. If this is the case, why they would do so in such a destructive manner is what doesn't make sense to me. So, maybe once they raised the necessary funds, the selling ceased and VERT is simply making a market in the stock now as he is active on L2 since early end of April.

2) As I have stated before, it's possible a financier shorted the stock upon that acquisition news released Jan 30 in anticipation of Walker seeking financing to fund the acquisition. Two things about this approach......the financier is right and they can secure the financing with walker which allows them to cover their short, or, the company's a failure, like 99% of them are and the stock never recovers allowing the short to remain uncovered. Based on the April 29 PR confirming the progress of the acquisition and the likelihood that financing was secured or not required, VERT mysteriously shows up on L2 for the first time ever where he's been sitting on the offer ever since. Is he protecting his short position?

The second scenario is hypothetically speaking, of course. I am only suggesting it is a possibility. The selling that we have seen is likely dilution, but it just does not make much sense for the seller to do so in the manner that has transpired over the past months, which leaves the door open to the possibility of scenario 2 or some variation of it.

Good post Milen,

I guess what ticks me is that I put 3 K down on this at 0.01 in thinking it was a ok call being it hit it's year low several times....and it fell off the cliff and I lost 75 % in a snap...and now it's dead in the water...not even twiching.

Your timing was right on.... JG.
