You might be right....

but I just don't see the need to venture out, at this stage of the game. We should be hunkered down and waiting, conserving cash, imo

I just don't see the "free lunch" mentality, that management seems to be pushing....you don't spend a couple million $$$ and end up with billion $$$ properties.

Sometimes I think management is naive, because they saw SEO do it, and they think they can too....Or they think $30 million is alot of money.

ERHE is lucky to be alive, after what its been thru....to now be thinking of expanding, just seems crazy to me.

SEO had better be behind all this, and ready to support it, and nurture it...or it will not work.

I can't even believe some of these comments this morning...lol What the hell do you people want..... after years of silence the company is out there, aggressively selling the company to the public. Boohoo. On top of that they have plans for a revenue producing property in the short term. Waaaa. Sulk.

Lets hear the whole plan before judging what the company is about to do.

I think some should re-read the presentations, they highlight our current assets very well IMO>
