I seldom follow TREND , I am a snake charmer , My snakes are (intraday) QQV,, CCI , VIX ,MACD , tick . trin, trinq, MAs and REZ/Support levels) , putcall ratio , and daily reading of Foot and Gleno's charts . if one my snakes refuses to dance , I don't trade .
