The policical correctness I believe has hindered DNAP from the very beginning is our politicians responding to the lobbying requests of our large pharmaceutical companies.
They comprise the largest single corporate influence on our system, and they don't relish newcomers being allowed to flourish if it means cutting into their claims on the future.
That's why I have expressed my opinion that the byproduct, Ancestry, from the platform for which patents are sought for personalized medicine advances, serves as proof of our patent claims, and stand to fight back any challenges to them.
Politics enter into patent issuances too, unfortunately, and the pharmaceutical industry exerts its influence with every tentacle it can martial.
Ancestry and its brother/sister, DNAWITNESS, lobby for DNAP with a voice louder than any mounted against them, and although pharmaceutical representatives fall back--having been taken aback--, to seek others ways to contend, i.e., false rumors--no evidence of this yet--, DNAP will prevail, resolutely, until patents are issued, then, take off like the rocket Chrisbaskett has been stocking with supplies.
