Do real companies spend ~1.1 million dollars to build a house then sell it for a ~600 000 in a market that the house would sell for ~2 million dollars? Or take a ~70% loss on a strip mall in a strong real estate market in a matter of months? One can find tons more stuff like this just by going back through filings and history. I have barely even scratched the surface and find a stench so very foul.
