I think it could be. 4M shares on the open market for a stock of only 8 Million out there... it is possible, and maybe Clayton wanted to buy most them at .06 and lower, which is why the MM's are keeping this around that price.

Hell, anything's possible, and could be what is happening. But just my thinking, at least I hope that is what is happening:)
