Honestly I can't even describe how disappointing this all is around SPZI. Just remember what everybody here expected from the SHM and now there is one disappointment after another one. Do you remember the share price projections from some here right after the SHM? LOL.
Didn't Paul tell us that Peng and He weren't important people within SPZI? LOL and now they are the reason that 141 can't even trade with SWARM. Funny.
What are we having here now? Let's see. We have a couple of lawsuits. We have Paul who always denied that it is dilution when the share price took a big hit and now suddenly acknowledges it is dilution. Funny again. You can really trust this guy.
What else do we have? A retail launch which now got delayed for the 4th time and probably won't happen until 2009 if the past is any indication what happens in the future with this company. Forget about Q3 and probably about Q4. It just won't going to happen.
Just remember how much DD about the Kauderer group was done here and how "huge" it was that they are partnering with us. Kauderer group this and Kauderer group that, I remember it perfectly. Hype, hype, hype and again hype. Nothing else here. And now? Ups, they are gone. Sorry we didn't tell you guys. Funny eh?
The JV will probably fall through again (I base this on the past track record of this company) and will generate no money at all. It's for exposure play anyway. LOL
Say is there anything, and I mean one single thing which is not disappointing at the moment if you are a shareholder here? To say it's frustrating is the biggest understatement I have ever used. And what do the officers do? Well they earn money as if there is no tomorrow and as if they were successful. Friggin unreal.
