Since it is your position which raised the intitial issue of 1:1, perhaps you can share with us why you are objecting so often about no one providing you 'links' when I have done so 3 to 4 Xs already.

If you do not understand what GDP or GNP means, then everyone here should be asking themselves...on what grounds are you arguing with posters on this board?
