Jav, ETCR issued a dividend last summer of ETCR preferred stock, 1 share for every 500 of ETCR common. I now have 52 preferred shares, since I had 26K shares @ the time. The preferred is convertible into common with some exchange rate. I don't believe they can be converted into common and sold until a year has passed.
