It looks like if they are going to sell Nicosan as a Nutraceutical, they will not be able to use the name Nicosan, the will probably have to use something like Hemoxinin or Hemoxin 2

I looked into a Company, Consumer Choice System, they distribute Nutraceuticals, and they used to have a relationship with XKEM, I was trying to find out if they still have, but could not find any thing.
