It sure doesn't make any sense, they have to be up to some thing......what is anyone's guess.

In the PR Swift points out the MAJORITY 14,000,000 is in form of converted debt and IF they were exercised plus all warrants these additional shares would exceed 16,000,000,000, nobody has converted anything yet.
