No doubt you weren't here the day the stock had more momentum than a freight train as it hit .006 and was easily heading above a penny that day, only to see management step in and start selling stock like there was no tomorrow. Had they been shareholder conscience whatsoever, they would have controlled the selling and sold responsible, as other legitimate companies always do. ADCS isn't legitimate and thus (as opposed to what you believe) they don't care about selling and at what price. Why ? Because this is and always has been a contrived scam to screw people out of their hard earned cash, plain and simple. There's plenty of new evidence to back that up and before this P.O.S. reverse splits again, there will be even more.
