I expect that is whats planned, complete the merger let the stock run to its true valuation and settle their. Then R/S as part of an upgrade to a higher exchange.
It depends what kind of r/s they decided to do. If somehow it got up to 10 cents after the r/m without them already doing a r/s then they would only have to do a 100 to 1 split to get it up to 10 dollars a share. Lots of things can happen here Just because it says they can do up to a 2000 to 1 split it doesn't mean they will.
