Didn't the invitation from the shareholders meeting say they were going to vote in 2 new board memebers?

I never opened my invitation becasue I knew I couldn't make it. So if there are 2 new members I want to know who they are and how they found their way to teh board.

I wasn't asked if I would like to be on the board so I'd like to know what they did to deserve such a position. That's all.

I may be way off here. But combing through some posts I saw how IW had mentioned something about this and no one ever said one peep about it.

So let's see what we can dig up if this is true.
