buncha planks that board, with the kind of crap that ATNO has been releasing in the press since december of last year, and judging by the lack of details regarding and referencing the news releases in and EDGAR filings, one could say this this deal has had two completely different stories told about its self. One to sell stock to the public and one to the SEC in EDGAR filings. I don't know about Timster, but I don't think in todays litigious society its wise to simply "step in as an officer" where such unscrupulous stunts have been pulled on the unsuspecting public.
