Might be a matter of what Elsa thinks she needs 996.. and full time accountant, will be a new roll for her with GTEC. ..

That's just my take on it, have no way of knowing.. except she did say a few weeks ago that GTEC was taking up 95% of her time, leaving other matters with need.

So, full time will be a whole new ball game for her and us..
