I already sent that exact email lol. Here's the response I received this morning sorry for not sharing with the board earlier....

Thank you for the heads up on the link. I did notice this a few days ago and we have been working on getting this resolved.

Toronto listing should be finished up soon with some luck. The paperwork has been submitted weeks ago and there have been no further requests by the TSX thus far. AMEX will be a little while longer as the stock must be at 2$ to list on AMEX but we may be there soon as we are progressing with things very nicely.
