I think that answers any "shake theories" out there....Constant increase of shares for months now. Unreal.

I would say it is disingenous at best for some to suggest that such a dramatic share number increase as Spooz has seen recently, now exceeding 3 billion for the first time, is not really much to worry about because somehow maybe fingers crossed a bunch of the shares are restricted. There is no reason whatsover to think that, and such a statement needs to be proven rather than disproven.

So if there is any reason whatsoever to believe that some substantial portion of the recently diluted 1.5 billion shares, or half the current O/S, is somehow restricted, please come forth and state why. It is surely completely without basis to suggest that a concern about this is foolish because "maybe" "for some unknown [and unproven] reason" that these shares are restricted.

Far more likely is that it is simply shares being sold freely into the market related to financing. You wouldn't find the O/S and A/S increasing on an almost daily basis, gradually, because it is somehow being "flooded" with restricted shares.

In any case, Spooz's financiers continue to dilute straight into the Shareholders meeting, after giving it a break to let the price pop up a little. Nice guys, eh. They've got your money now.

The Outstanding shares of this company are now literally 4 times what they were when the company reduced the O/S, supposedly as a favor to small shareholders (Yeah, right), when, a year ago?
