Bernd, I am still looking into the allegations...
in the Report, particularly the GSA and the date when it became clear to Insiders that AMEX was no longer a Go... While the Report is extremely Biased and full of Holes, there are definitely a number of issues worth investigating... I don't have a Link handy but it has been posted here and on RB a few times...
Although the Shorters deny it, I am still of the opinion that they found out about AMEX well in advance, likely through means other than AMEX itself... As soon as I have a clear picture, I'll let you and others know... I'll answer your AXIA question on F.GEMS...
