Operators of two of the JDZ Blocks have indicated that drill could begin before the end of 2008. Changing could to will start drilling would make all the difference in the world IMO. I hope they come out with a transcript of the presentation.

I think everyone was looking for the big pop, the big deal, the buyout. But for the longs who wanted a true oil company to be developed here, they'd have to be tickled pink with whats been going on lately. Very confident actions by the company, regardless how you look at it.
I'll take a slow and steady ride up any day, more time to enjoy the views ..lol.
