NORTH HUNTINGDON, Pa., June 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Beacon
Redevelopment Industrial Corporation/FKA Intelective Communications, Inc.
(OTC: ITLV), announced today that it has executed a reduction of its
authorized shares.
Beacon has already filed the required corporate resolutions with the
Secretary of State of Delaware to reduce its authorized shares from 5
Billion to 3 Billion and they have been approved and filed.
The company has also filed the required resolutions with NASDAQ to
initiate the Name and Symbol change as soon as possible.
