GoldenStar in order......
have a case of false claim against AERO, you need to prove it first. Just because someone claims AERO doesn't improve gas efficiency based on an opinion or a hunch they have doesn't make so......
If I take all the negative comments I have seen here thus far and try and compile a letter to the U.S. Federal Trade Commission or the Consumer Protection Agency and it would still have to be styled at the header portion of the letter, "I think" or "based on my opinion". There is absolutely no foundation to any claims stated here other than personal opinion or someones thoughts.
In past, when I have made claim to Agencies such as the above mentioned against a company, I have had detailed descriptions, pictures and documentation that was supportive of my claim. One of the largest support factors was providing others testimonials as well but foremost of all, showing proof.
Like I said, if AERO Products can't meet the expectations of there claims, I will prove it and post it in detailed findings. So far in my due diligence I can't make any accusation of claim that AERO products are inferior. As to performance comparison to Thrustmaser or Magnaflows, AERO has never to my knowledge made any claims to out perform them, although they might.
Oh and by the way a dangerous game that is being played here is just because someone posts IMO or in my opinion in itself doesn't protect you from AERO bringing a suit reckless or libel claim, it works both ways. As with AERO, if one can't defend themself by backing up there comments in court then I would not throw caution into the wind here when posting.
As to the challenge of Magnaflow vs. AERO, if someone is willing enough to fund testing it then why not just go ahead and do it, just run the test on your own. Document the test results and fight for what you know and not just base it on opinion or hunch! THE FACT IS, nothing short of testing it yourself would satisfy someone.
As to go on a message board and ask for AERO to send you a muffler for free, let me point out AERO's statement, if a buyer isn't satisfied with the mufflers performance in the first 30 days, you'll get your money back, end of story. In essence AERO has provided the platform you require, what is the excuse now?????? For that matter what excuse does anyone have not to run there own performance test pro or con AERO?.
Too bad Magnaflow doesn't offer customers money back on the purchase of there product!!!!!!!!
PS - Nice to see the announcement today of AERO going to the OTCBB, just another plus for shareholders when that happens. Looks like some of the manipulation issues will be handled and closer scrutiny on buys and sells through brokers will occur.
