I need an answer to a legitimate question. I tried to change a limit order befor market open my limit order was for .008 I changed it befor market open to .009 I have to go through a broker for penny stocks they screwed it up, I never got filled. The question are they obligated to a transaction that should have happened that didnt. I think they are hoping that the price will drop and I will get my order filled
