Having let the stock drop below technical support they must do something truly dramatic to get the engines roaring again. Such as buying up a substantial amount of the float. Or something substantive and verifiable - ie auditing the books, dismissing Mira Mar, uplisting etc.
They're going to need to put action to words, results to intentions now. Nothing less will do at this point.
